Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Utilize computer systems to efficiently process and manage commission transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of commission transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Perform administrative duties as required, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
