Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Provide strategic leadership on large cross-functional initiatives, driving business growth and innovation.


• Create leading-edge data products that uncover opportunities for improvement and optimization.


• Lead business analysis to identify, improve, and accelerate high-leverage product and business opportunities.


• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate advanced data analysis and modeling into systems and drive user experiences.


• Drive data source and tool innovations, including the adoption of Big Data technologies and development of training programs to enhance associate skill-sets.


• Lead governance of data assets, including development of a governance plan and structure.


• Oversee data analysis activities for partner groups, incorporating novel monitoring, reporting, and data visualization techniques.


• Partner with diverse stakeholders, from Analysts to Executives, and serve as the primary business partner to the data engineering team.


• Champion the usage and adoption of data tools and solutions across the Data Analyst community.

As a Director, Data Analysis, you'll be responsible for:

• Partnering with various engineering and enterprise functions to adopt and inform data flow standards.


• Driving data source and tool innovations based on stakeholder needs, including cloud-native technologies.


• Developing training programs to enhance associate skill-sets and championing data tool adoption.


• Leading the migration from on-premise to cloud-based (AWS) implementation.


• Defining roadmaps in an incremental way to support business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree plus at least 9 years of experience in data analytics, or Master's Degree plus at least 7 years of experience, or PhD plus at least 4 years of experience.


• At least 5 years of Professional Data Analysis experience.


• At least 5 years of People Management experience.


• At least 2 years of Big Data technology experience.


• At least 2 years of Data Visualization experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree.


• 10+ years of Professional Data Analysis experience.


• 5+ years of Big Data experience (AWS and Spark).


• 5+ years of cloud-native (AWS) data processing experience.


• 5+ years of Process and Project Management experience.


• 5+ years of experience with Python.


• 5+ years of Data Governance experience.


• 2+ years of experience with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark streaming).
