What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Global Sales Director, Transient, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and nurturing long-term partnerships with Corporate Global Transient Accounts to increase revenue
  • Creating and implementing strategic action plans for a portfolio of accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Negotiating competitive deals while maintaining profitability for the employer
  • Engaging with hotel sales teams and stakeholders to build rapport and enhance awareness of Hyatt Sales Force
  • Analyzing customer trends and maintaining day-to-day account management, including handling leads and RFPs

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel sales teams and corporate clients

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, forecasts, and conditions to inform sales strategies and account management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
