Job Overview: Senior Manager II, Data Analytics

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager II, Data Analytics to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key leader in our data analytics organization, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and developing data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities


  • Define and monitor key metrics to measure product performance and health, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Leverage clickstream data to enhance customer experience and inform product decisions through conversion analysis, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling.

  • Design and execute A/B tests, observational inference, and predictive analytics to drive product innovation and improvement.

  • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate product insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and program managers, to drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Mentor and guide team members in achieving exceptional analytics results, handling multiple products and initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain a strong data-driven culture within the organization, promoting business acumen and stakeholder relationships.

Essential Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics).

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or consumer-centric technology companies, with a strong background in product analysis, data science, or digital analytics.

  • Proven track record of building and delivering analytics product solutions in e-commerce and retail spaces.

  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively.

  • Experience driving analysts in developing data analytics solutions, with a strong focus on action and business impact.

  • Technical skills in data analysis, including SQL-based querying languages (MS SQL, MY SQL, HIVE, BigQuery).

  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Omniture, Statsig, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, and Splunk.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics).

  • Experience in setting up and scaling experimentation practices.
