Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of SDLC and Quality Organization

  • Experience driving execution across diverse stakeholder groups towards a unified goal

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to integrate key success metrics and present recommendations to all levels of the organization

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:


  • Experience with DevOps practices and LEAN software development methodologies

  • A strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau

  • A proven track record of driving positive outcomes across a distributed organization through formal process improvement techniques
