Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management.
- Provide accurate information about Nuuly’s products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly’s values and brand voice.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services.
