Working pattern: 5 days in office, with hybrid schedule available on the first promotion

What you will be doing as an Entry Level Recruiter within our Organization:
Learn and understand the nuances of the Artificial Intelligence market.
Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth
Manage the recruitment process from candidate qualification to placement
Cultivate and manage candidate relationships.....we're all about the long game!
Bring on new accounts and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
