Job Description:
The Call Center Nurse RN plays a vital role in triaging calls, educating patients, and supporting clinical teams remotely. Youâll use evidence-based protocols and your clinical judgment to provide care recommendations and urgent guidance. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in communication, critical thinking, and delivering patient-centered care without being on-site.
Responsibilities:
Provide remote nursing triage and support via phone or digital platforms
Assess patient needs using approved clinical guidelines and protocols
Deliver timely, accurate health education and advice to patients
Collaborate with providers and other healthcare team members as needed
Document interactions accurately in the electronic health record system
Assist with prescription refills, follow-up care instructions, and care coordination
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence (multi-state license preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (telehealth experience is a plus)
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Reliable internet connection and private, quiet workspace
Ability to work part-time hours, including some weekends or evenings
Proficient with EMR systems and telehealth tools
