Apple is hiring Support Engineers to join its remote team, offering world-class technical solutions and support for internal systems, applications, and end-users. As a remote Support Engineer, you'll diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues across Apple’s infrastructure — all while working from home.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues




  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to employees and teams globally




  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential problems




  • Collaborate with developers, IT, and engineering teams




  • Maintain documentation and escalate critical issues




  • Automate support workflows and improve incident response processes




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field




  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT engineering




  • Familiarity with macOS, iOS, and enterprise tools (Jira, JAMF, etc.)




  • Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)




  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills




  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
