We are proud to offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration. **Responsibilities** As a Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * **Maintaining Accurate HR Records**: Diligently update and maintain accurate records in our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, covering areas such as HR, benefits, payroll, timestamps, and absences. * **Ensuring Data Integrity**: Conduct thorough audits to ensure the integrity of our HR data, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies. * **Processing Benefits Enrollment**: Efficiently process employee and partner benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy in program details, dependent information, and coverage elections. * **Addressing Employee Queries**: Address employee queries with clarity and efficiency, maintaining a library of response templates and ensuring proper documentation of all interactions. * **Compliance and Collaboration**: Work in compliance with all relevant policies, as well as federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits and data privacy.
