• Conduct interactive online English lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans according to individual student needs and learning goals.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience and track progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Maintain consistent communication with students and/or parents regarding progress and performance.
• Stay updated on modern ESL teaching techniques and educational technology.
• Participate in periodic training sessions, team meetings, and quality evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any related field (TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification preferred).
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity toward diverse learners.
• A reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and appropriate teaching equipment (microphone, webcam, headset).
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in an online or ESL environment.
• Experience with curriculum design or educational technology is an advantage.
Working Hours
• Flexible schedule based on your availability and student demand.
• Options to work part-time or full-time from the comfort of your home.
• Weekend or evening classes may be required depending on student time zones.
