We are building SympathiQ, an online platform connecting coaches and well-being specialists with clients globally.

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Coach Onboarding Specialist who can source, onboard, and convert coaches into fully verified an approved profiles.

This is a performance-oriented role, ideal for someone experienced with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound acquisition for SaaS or marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Source qualified coaches & well-being specialists

Use Apollo.io & LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lead lists

Segment leads by specialty, geography, language, etc.

Outreach & Follow-Up

Execute cold outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn)

Manage follow-ups and responses

Handle objections and nurture leads through onboarding

Coach Onboarding

Guide coaches through onboarding and profile completion

Ensure understanding of platform value and pricing

Support activation and readiness to go live

Reporting & KPIs

Provide weekly & monthly reports, including:

Leads sourced

Coaches contacted

Response rates

Coaches onboarded

Paid subscriptions activated

Cost per onboarded coach

Cost per paying coach

Required Skills & Tools

✅ Must-Have Tools

Apollo.io (active experience required)

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable, or similar)

Google Sheets / Airtable for reporting

✅ Experience

Proven lead generation experience (SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B preferred)

Experience onboarding coaches, consultants, freelancers, or service providers

Strong written English (additional languages are a plus)

Data-driven mindset (conversion & CAC focused)

KPIs & Expectations

Onboarded → paid conversion

100% follow-up compliance

Transparent reporting

Compensation

We prefer a performance-based or hybrid structure:

Option 1 (Preferred)

Low fixed monthly retainer

Bonus per onboarded coach of 3$

Option 2 at fixed price per month

Fully performance-based (for proven experts)

Time Commitment

15–25 hours per week

Long-term collaboration if results are strong
