LinkedIn Ads Expert (Campaign Manager Power User) | 10–20 hrs/week

We’re looking for a hands-on LinkedIn Ads expert who lives inside Campaign Manager and knows how to turn data into action.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be actively managing and optimizing live LinkedIn campaigns for B2B companies (mostly SaaS / tech). This is not a “set it and forget it” role.

You’ll be responsible for:

Daily/weekly optimization inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Double checking our budgets, bids, pacing, and spend efficiency

Optimizing across ad formats:

Single Image

Video

Document Ads

Conversation Ads

Spotlight / Text Ads

Auditing and refining audiences (titles, functions, skills, seniority, company size, lists, retargeting)

Monitoring performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, frequency, fatigue)

Making clear, actionable recommendations on:

Which ad formats to scale or pause

Copy and creative direction

New tests to run based on performance

Flagging issues early (tracking, delivery, audience size, creative fatigue)

You won’t need to talk directly to clients, but you do need to explain your thinking clearly and thoughtfully to our team.

✅ What We’re Looking For

This role is a great fit if you:

Have hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads (Campaign Manager, not just strategy)

Understand how bids and budgets actually impact delivery

Know when to test new formats vs. iterate on what’s working

Have a strong eye for detail (you notice small things before they become big problems)

Can translate performance data into smart optimization decisions

Are comfortable working independently and owning outcomes

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

B2B SaaS or enterprise audiences

Lead Gen Forms & website conversion campaigns

Retargeting + full-funnel LinkedIn strategies
