They are seeking a hands-on Security Generalist to own and scale security across the organization, implementing security practices and partnering with engineering teams.

Owning and executing the security roadmap
Implementing application and cloud security practices, including vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening
Establishing data security, privacy, and compliance controls (e.g. SOC 2, GDPR)
Building monitoring, detection, and incident response processes
Partnering closely with engineering teams to embed security into the development lifecycle

8+ years' experience in security engineering or related roles
Strong application security background with experience across cloud security, IAM, and security operations
Hands-on experience with modern cloud environments, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform or similar)
Familiarity with security and privacy frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001)
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-stage environments
