Email Marketing & E-Blast Specialist for Luxury Aesthetic Brand

The Role
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to design and create branded e-blasts on a project or ongoing basis. These emails will spotlight treatments, seasonal campaigns, and special promotions while reinforcing our elevated brand voice.
Responsibilities
- Design and build mobile-friendly e-blasts using Constant Contact (or similar platforms).
- Create elegant, visually aligned designs (using Canva, Adobe, or other tools).
- Write copy that balances education, elegance, and conversion.
- Develop monthly and seasonal campaigns (treatment highlights, event invites, newsletters).
- Suggest strategies to improve engagement and track results (open/click rates).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in email design for beauty, wellness, luxury, or healthcare brands.
- Strong design portfolio with polished, high-end visuals.
- Understanding of medical terminology (lasers, injectables, skin rejuvenation, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a refined, aspirational tone.
- Familiarity with Constant Contact (preferred) or other ESPs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Understanding of best practices for deliverability, engagement, and compliance.
