Jr. Email Marketing Manager – ESP Execution + Strategy (U.S. Based)

Liftflow is a growing email & SMS marketing agency working with DTC and services brands. We’re hiring a Junior Email Marketing Manager to help us drive client performance behind the scenes: managing calendars, QA, segmentation, automation, and ESP implementation.

You won’t be client-facing (yet), but you’ll play a critical internal role turning strategy into execution. Your work will directly impact how well our clients grow - email revenue will grow because of you, through flows and campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain content calendars for 2–3 client accounts

• Brief junior email builders clearly and effectively

• QA and implement emails in Klaviyo, Omnisend, HubSpot, or Iterable

• Manage segmentation, scheduling, and basic automations

• Support lifecycle and omnichannel strategy

• Design and optimize automated flows (e.g. welcome, cart, post-purchase, winback); mapping sequences, goals, and content inspiration

• Bring strategic ideas for retention-focused redesigns and journey improvements

• Help systematize internal campaign processes and templates

• Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, Airtable AI, etc.) to boost efficiency and ideation

You’re a Fit If You:

• Know how to operate in Klaviyo or similar ESPs

• Understand email/SMS campaign flow, structure, and segmentation

• Can plan, brief, and QA marketing emails — not just send them

• Are familiar with automation logic and retention strategy

• Are organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed

• Based in the continental U.S. and fluent in English (required)

• Want mentorship, growth, and long-term opportunity

Role Details:

• Retainer: $1,500/month

• Time Commitment: ~15 hours/week (output-based, not hourly tracked)

• Payment: Weekly milestone payments ($375/week)

• Duration: Ongoing

• Growth Path: Potential to evolve into a full-time role as Liftflow scales
