HEAD OF LEAD GENERATION

MISSION:

Build and own scalable and repeatable lead-generation engines that produce cash.

This is not a brand role.This is not a content role.This is not a director role.

This is an operator seat for someone who wants ownership, responsibility and upside.

    WHAT YOU’ll OWN:
  • Lead generation results (not activity)
  • Multiple lead engines (chosen, built, scaled)
  • Lead volume, quality, and cost
  • Marketing → sales handoff
  • Throughput: impressions → leads → calls → closes → cash
  • Systems, documentation, and execution
  • Accountability of anyone supporting lead gen

You do not wait for approval to execute.

You move fast and make data-driven decisions.

  • Can define and articulate the ideal customer clearly
  • Data-driven: tracks leads, CPL, conversion, cash
  • Independent executor: no hand-holding
  • Lean operator: simplicity over tools and headcount
  • Comfortable with pressure and accountability
  • Revenue-first mindset
  • Can lead & manage a team

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:Days 1–30:

    You deliver:
  • Audit of all historical lead sources
  • Bashar IG declared a protected asset, not a growth engine
  • Clear ICP, core offer, and consistent message
  • Simple throughput dashboard live
  • Clear daily/weekly volume targets
  • Daily execution rhythm in place
  • One primary lead engine LIVE without Bashar’s execution involvement

Days 31–60:

    You deliver:
  • Primary engine producing consistent, qualified leads
  • Clear understanding of CPL, lead quality, and conversion
  • Active sales feedback loop
  • $10,000+ in new cash generated from the new engine
  • One secondary engine identified

Days 61–90:

    You deliver:
  • Predictable, consistent lead flow
  • Marketing team operating without Bashar
  • Marketing core systems & processes documented
  • $100,000+ in new cash generated from the new engine
  • Clear 90-day scale plan built (including second channel)
    COMPENSATION:
  • Base (location-based):
  • USA: $48K–$60K
  • Abroad: $24K–$36K
  • Upside: 5%–12% of net new cash generated
  • No cap on income.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
