Comic Artist Needed – 2-Page Black & White Proof of Concept (Paid)

I’m commissioning a 2-page black & white proof of concept for a prestige alternate-history graphic novel titled Shadow Warriors.

This is paid work, not spec, with a clearly defined scope and script already prepared.

The tone is grounded, political, and psychologically tense — no superheroes, no fantasy. Think The Man in the High Castle, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, or Watchmen (quiet scenes, heavy atmosphere).

Scope of Work:

2 fully inked black & white comic pages

Sequential storytelling (panels, pacing, facial acting)

One light revision pass

Lettering not required (art only)

Budget:

Fixed price: $250 total ($125 per page)

What I’m Looking For:

Experience with sequential comic pages (not pin-ups)

Strong use of shadow, negative space, and body language

Clear storytelling and panel flow

Reliability and communication
