Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting Analyst (BIP/OTBI)

Overview:
Experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and support reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI across core HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and support HCM reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI
• Build interactive dashboards with KPIs, prompts, and drill-downs
• Write and optimize SQL queries for HCM data
• Gather and translate reporting requirements with HR/functional teams
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing reports
• Support testing and maintenance during quarterly cloud updates

Requirements:
• 8 10+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM reporting experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM (not EBS)
• Understanding of role-based data security
• Hands-on developer/analyst profile (not functional/architect/lead)

Nice to Have:
• Experience in higher education or public sector
• Exposure to AI reporting, Python, or Oracle EPM integrations
