<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist our professional nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare setting.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility.</li>
<li>Support residents in regaining independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as ambulation and exercises.</li>
<li>Administer skin care and treatments as ordered by nursing staff.</li>
<li>Document and follow up on nursing instructions in the electronic record.</li>
<li>Maintain resident safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.</li>
<li>Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transportation to appointments.</li>
<li>Operate, maintain, and clean resident care equipment safely.</li>
<li>Participate in staff development, meetings, and mandatory educational programs.</li>
<li>Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Promote excellent communication and positive interactions with residents, families, and staff.</li>
