As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor.
- *Expected Hours and Work Schedule**
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote part-time temporary employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.
- *Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business' bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with Nuuly's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- *Role Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- A passion for and understanding of the Nuuly brand, customers, and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
