We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

- Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
- Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
- Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
- Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
- Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
