As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling service requests from customers who are starting, stopping, or transferring their utility services. Your role will involve:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns, needs, and build rapport.
  • Providing essential support in navigating the customer's inquiries and explaining it in simple terms.
  • Discovering solutions using tools and resources to help meet the customer's needs.
  • Empathizing and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's experience.
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center (utilities industry experience is a plus).
  • Self-driven and able to focus on the same task/objective for long periods of time.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge.
  • Open availability between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time.
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Customer-focused personality and motivation to achieve goals.
  • Must pass background check including credit review and assessments in training.
  • *Nice-to-haves**
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate).
