We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to work an 11pm-7am overnight shift on Wednesday's and a 3pm-6pm afternoon shift on Saturdays. There may also be opportunities to work a Thursday 11PM-7AM shift. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for answering calls, taking messages, and processing customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.   • Answer calls and take messages overnight to pass on to client companies
  • Utilize computerized systems to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems

  • Experience in data entry and clerical tasks
  • Strong typing skills for quick and accurate responses
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Ability to arrive on time and work an overnight schedule including one night over the weekends as well
