- Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately capture and record customer information

- Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
- *Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented

- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
