- *Job Responsibilities:**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, including greeting them, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications, and ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and disposing of hazardous waste
- Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and performing cycle counts
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information
- Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- 6 months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous experience working with arenaflex or a similar company
- Strong numerical skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems
- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through our assigned PTCB training program
