Physician Support Specialist – Allergy, Asthma & Immunology
- Job Description:
- Develop and execute a territory strategy that supports new business growth and strengthens existing relationships
- Articulate Accredo’s programs and services to drive provider engagement and utilization
- Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to source new opportunities, qualify leads, and convert referrals
- Develop strong relationships with physician office staff by understanding needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions
- Promote and sell technology solutions to drive office adoption and improve workflow efficiency
- Partner with internal cross‑functional teams to support daily territory activity and align on pull‑through efforts
- Collaborate with Account Management Payer Leads to support payer‑driven initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product rollouts, corporate initiatives, and cross‑functional projects
- Represent Accredo at conferences, trade shows, seminars, and external meetings
- Deliver virtual presentations tailored to customer needs
- Use data insights to identify key accounts, prioritize opportunities, and build a strategic territory plan
- Requirements:
- 1+ year of sales experience; healthcare experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and virtual meeting tools
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work cross‑functionally to resolve issues and support client needs
- Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to meet tight deadlines
