As an Experienced Hybrid Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems using a variety of data entry devices and software applications. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and you'll be expected to follow standardized procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals
- Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
- Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
- Good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that all data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data entry
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- *Qualifications**
- 6+ months of experience in a data entry work environment
- 3+ months of experience working with Windows-based applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
