• Identifying viable AI business ideas or validating mine

• Creating a go-to-market strategy and business model

• Advising on team structure and hiring plans

• Guiding the MVP development process (not coding, but defining scope and use case)

• Recommending tools, technologies, and vendors

• Helping me understand costs, timelines, and funding options

Ideal Candidate:

• Has launched or helped launch successful AI startups or products

• Understands applied AI/ML and real-world use cases

• Can explain complex AI concepts in simple business terms

• Strategic thinker with startup mindset

Bonus: Knowledge of tourism, SaaS, networks and good relations with similar existing companies
