Job Summary
MantraCare is seeking a Legal & Financial Advisory Specialist – USA to provide legal and financial guidance aligned with U.S. regulatory frameworks. The role supports compliance, risk management, contract oversight, and financial governance across healthcare and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on U.S. corporate, healthcare, employment, and financial regulations
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including data privacy and financial standards
Review and support legal and financial contracts, policies, and agreements
Identify legal and financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting
Coordinate with external legal, tax, and financial advisors
Monitor regulatory and financial compliance updates and advise stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of U.S. legal and financial regulatory frameworks
2+ years of experience in legal, financial advisory, or compliance roles
Excellent analytical, advisory, and communication skills
