Seeking a Miami-Based Industrial Marketing Partner

We’re preparing to launch a new industrial concept in Miami and are looking for a freelancer or small firm that can support both print-focused and media-driven marketing as the project evolves.

Initial scope (print & in-market use):

• Flyers & brochures

• Logo’d folders

• Small, polished marketing packages

• Custom folders + inserts for market surveys and in-person meetings with business owners

Future / expanded scope:

• Digital marketing materials

• Conceptual visuals & storytelling

• Renderings to help communicate the vision

Key requirements:

✔ Experience with industrial or commercial real estate

✔ Ability to create or manage renderings

✔ Fluent in both English and Spanish (design + copy)

✔ Preferably based in the Miami market

✔ Comfortable working discreetly with limited public details
