About the Role


As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. You will assist with entry-level auto and property policies, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary function will be to receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies, addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. arenaflex will pay for all training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements, so you can focus on what matters most - delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies, including questions, concerns, and requests

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and timely

  • Assist with entry-level auto and property policies, including policy coverage, billing, and modifications

  • Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, navigating complex systems with ease

Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong passion for customer service, a high level of emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills. You must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and preferred 6 months - 1 year of relevant work experience. You must also have open availability during hours of operation and be willing to work weekends as needed.
