As an Airline Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a talented team that manages the entire passenger experience, from ticketing to boarding. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to boarding and from aircraft exit to baggage pick-up


• Work effectively in a team environment to manage the passenger experience, including ticketing, baggage handling, and boarding


• Communicate clearly and efficiently with passengers, colleagues, and airline staff to resolve issues and provide solutions


• Utilize computer systems to manage passenger data, check-in, and boarding processes


• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including airline policies, procedures, and services


• Work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening


• Fluency in English, with a second language being an advantage (bilingual preferred)


• Customer service experience is preferred but not required


• Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills and attention to detail


• Calmness and ability to find solutions, even in busy and stressful situations


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays


• Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in languages such as Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Hindi, Gujarati, or Japanese


• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the airline or hospitality industry


• Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and services


• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
