- Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on a range of employment law matters
- Assist with advice and counseling issues, including workplace policies and compliance
- Draft, review, and revise employment-related documents and correspondence
- Support ongoing matters as needed based on workload and availability
- Collaborate directly with the solo practitioner in a responsive, efficient manner
- Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Prior experience practicing employment law
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable availability during agreed-upon hours
