HIRING EDUCATION CONSULTANTS (FULL-TIME) – SALARY FROM 4.5MIDR TO 6.5M+IDR(TOTAL INCOME FROM 5M IDR)
- Consult and advise prospective students on suitable English courses based on their goals (communication, academic, career development).
- Follow up leads via Facebook, phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
- Manage the full enrollment process: consultation → course recommendation → registration → payment coordination.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Update CRM systems and report sales performance regularly.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
