Job Description:
- SME Architect
- Solutioning and architecting Subscription Management IT products, with expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC)
- In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including: Product Catalogs and Services, Pricing and Rating Models, Billing and Invoicing, Renewals and Cancellations, and Revenue Recognition
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, guiding best-in-class subscription business models and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform
- 15+ years of experience in solutioning and architecting Subscription Management IT products, with expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC)
- In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including:
- Product Catalogs and Services
- Pricing and Rating Models
- Technical/Functional Skills 15+ years of experience in solutioning and architecting Subscription Management IT products, with expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC)
- In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including:
- Product Catalogs and Services
- Pricing and Rating Models
- Billing and Invoicing
- Renewals and Cancellations
- Revenue Recognition
- Translate business requirements into a functional design document. Architect and configure the Oracle Subscription Management Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class subscription business models and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform
- Experience required:
- Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to subscription lifecycle management, including product catalogs, pricing, billing, and renewal processes
- Proven ability to lead and manage client relationships, conduct effective workshops, and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
