Job Overview


The Admissions Operations Specialist role is a critical component of our Office of Admissions, responsible for providing data entry support and clerical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our admissions processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for manually entering and updating admissions application data, gathering and organizing documents for TITLE IV federal student aid compliance, and utilizing Microsoft Excel for data sorting and V-LookUp functions. Key Responsibilities



  • Manually enter and update admissions application data with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Provide clerical assistance in gathering and organizing documents for TITLE IV federal student aid compliance, ensuring timely and efficient processing

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data sorting and V-LookUp functions, analyzing and interpreting data to inform admissions decisions

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and faculty, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies, adapting to new procedures and technologies as needed

Essential Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 2-3 years of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency

  • 2-3 years of experience as an office assistant, admin, clerical support, or similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including V-LookUp and Data Sorting, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

Compensation and Benefits


The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 per hour, with a range of benefits, including:
