As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. Your role will be to promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Promotes and sells air travel on arenaflex

  • Prepares itineraries, computes fares, issues refunds, and prepares and issues tickets

  • Answers inquiries regarding general travel information and resolves customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner

  • Communicates with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights

  • Communicates new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:


  • Relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar travel management systems

Skills, Licenses & Certifications:


  • Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills

  • Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable

  • Satisfactory attendance required
