As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
  • Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Providing exceptional customer service through clear and concise communication, active listening, and empathy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years of customer service-related experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual Spanish (NOT REQUIRED but a PLUS)
