- *Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Processing complex orders and requests with 100% accuracy from intake to filing
- Ensuring the customer management system is updated accurately and efficiently
- Clarifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer order issues in a fair and timely manner
- Scheduling appointments with homeowners and communicating order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners
- Creating packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process
- Handling permits and inspections, and preparing customer correspondence
- Identifying and implementing ways to improve overall level of service
- Communicating order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and providing customer/delivery partner feedback
- Administering programs, such as the customer referral program
- Training others in office and customer service processes
- Creating purchase orders, processing payments, or processing receipts (as needed)
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-4 years' work experience in order processing or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer skills
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution
- Intermediate writing skills
- The ability to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area
