About the Role


We're looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional post-sales support and driving business growth. Your primary focus will be on serving as the primary point of contact for a variety of small to medium-sized business customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities


As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:



  • Serving as the primary post-sales point of contact for a variety of small to medium-sized business customers.

  • Setting a "one-to-many" approach to drive smart and remarkable results, such as conducting webinars on specific topics and using email cadency.

  • Utilizing in-depth product and industry knowledge to increase the adoption of our solutions.

  • Developing a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and industry challenges, and working on knowledge base creation to close this gap.

  • Helping customers achieve maximum value from our solutions and achieve their business objectives.

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts (arenaflex ecosystem cross-selling).

  • Proactively engaging with customers to secure renewals and drive customer retention.

  • Proactively identifying portfolio risks and weaknesses, and developing strategic steps to prevent them.

  • Distributing customer needs, suggestions, and feedback across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams.

  • Collaborating closely with the Apple team on a selected list of clients to drive further expansion and align on joint strategy.

About You


To succeed as a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:



  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer support.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
