Key Responsibilities


In this critical role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our financial products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Efficiently serving the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of their queries and concerns

  • Answering inbound telephone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and gathering necessary information to document and resolve customer problems

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including telephone call statistics and account information

  • Adhering to strict privacy and security protocols when handling customer information in a remote environment

  • Processing telephone transfers, loan payments, and stop payment requests, as well as quoting loan payoffs and responding to customer emails and online chats

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations governing transactions in relation to banking services, including demand deposits and savings accounts

  • Assisting customers with Internet Banking, Bill Pay, and debit card inquiries, including resetting PINs and ordering replacement cards

  • Providing Video Teller assistance for ITMs and supporting customers with various banking services

Additional Responsibilities


In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to:



  • Maintain accurate department records and stay up-to-date with all arenaflex products and services

  • Cross-sell and promote our products and services to existing and prospective customers, identifying sales referral opportunities and participating in sales campaigns

  • Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence in your work

Essential Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of customer service experience or related experience in the financial services industry

  • Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products and services, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements

  • Financial Call Center experience is preferred but not required, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and perform repetitive tasks

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service

  • Ability to work from home in a remote position, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements

  • Flexibility to work outside normal banking hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to travel to the office for periodic meetings and training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
