- **College degree**: A college degree is preferred.
- **Prior experience in a work from home position**: Prior experience in a work from home position is preferred.
- **Bilingual in English/Spanish**: The ability to speak, read, and write the Spanish language fluently is preferred.
- **Strong attention to detail**: You will need to have strong attention to detail.
- **Ability to adapt to change**: You will need to be able to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- **Ability to multi-task**: You will need to be able to multi-task using technology.
