We are expanding across North America and seeking a Technical Support Specialist who is hands-on, sharp, highly motivated, and a strong team player. You will play a key role in supporting our sales teams and helping clients use our platform efficiently while resolving technical issues quickly and professionally.

    The Role
  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, Zoom, and chat for auction houses using our online auction platform and integrated services.
  • Onboard new clients through technical setup, data migration, catalog preparation, and branding configuration.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to live auction streaming, bidding functionality, user accounts, and platform integrations, escalating to engineering when required.
  • Create and maintain knowledge-base resources such as FAQs, technical guides, and video tutorials.
  • Gather client feedback to support product improvements.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the United States (freelance/self-employed structure).
    What We’re Looking For
  • Auction industry experience is required (minimum 1 year in an auction house, auction software company, or marketplace).
  • 3+ years of experience in Help Desk, or a client-facing technical role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and high comfort level with web technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple support tickets and long-term configurations.
  • Availability for on-call support on rotating weekends.
    What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $42,000–$48,000 USD depending on experience.
