- *Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping floors
- Assisting with visual merchandising, including creating displays and arranging products in an attractive and appealing manner
- Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce shrinkage
- Maintaining knowledge of store policies and procedures, including those related to regulated products
- Assisting with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and rotating stock
- Providing support with photo services, including taking passport photos and printing posters
- Assisting with online orders and customer support, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, including interacting with coworkers and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prior experience with arenaflex or similar retail pharmacy chain
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Basic computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and data entry software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
