  • *Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping floors
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, including creating displays and arranging products in an attractive and appealing manner
  • Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce shrinkage
  • Maintaining knowledge of store policies and procedures, including those related to regulated products
  • Assisting with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and rotating stock
  • Providing support with photo services, including taking passport photos and printing posters
  • Assisting with online orders and customer support, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, including interacting with coworkers and customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Prior experience with arenaflex or similar retail pharmacy chain
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and data entry software
  • *Skills and Competencies:**
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
