We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Egypt. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their business goals and objectives.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients, working closely with our Onboarding team to ensure a successful go-live experience
  • Providing product know-how and training to clients, educating them on company activities and initiatives, and helping them utilize our solutions to achieve their business objectives
  • Acting as a client advocate and consultant, providing guidance and support throughout the customer journey to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction or retention, working closely with our management team and other departments to resolve these issues
  • Collaborating with our Finance department to ensure timely renewals and outstanding balances for assigned clients
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer details and contacts data in our CRM system
  • Reporting potential churn cases to management, identifying remedies to avoid and eliminate churn, and working with our IT, Finance, and Sales teams to implement solutions
  • Participating in customer success initiatives, such as exhibitions, client meetings, and new product launches, to promote arenaflex's solutions and services
  • Communicating business requirements and functional needs to our Success Management team, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, reviewing and testing updates to ensure that you're always aligned with our latest features and capabilities
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's solutions and services to our clients, increasing their lifetime value and promoting our apps, services, and 3rd-party integrations
  • *What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • Excellent communication skills, with English as a must
  • Prior experience in dealing with customers, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Knowledge of Cloud POS/ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • A self-starter mindset, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, and demanding environment
