As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, in-person, and online interactions
  • Taking orders, answering questions, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy, and quality in all aspects of the job
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Operate all equipment, including cash registers, credit card machines, and pizza preparation equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product, including making pizzas, salads, and other menu items
  • Receive and process telephone orders, including taking payments and handling customer complaints
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, including tracking sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 16 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on productivity, accuracy, and quality
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to handle cash, make change, and balance a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, with frequent walking, bending, and reaching
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a cash register, credit card machine, and other point-of-sale equipment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or vocational training preferred
