We're seeking an experienced virtual customer service representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you'll be responsible for providing seamless support to our guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders.   • **Guest Relations**
  • + Provide comprehensive guest messaging using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for our guests.+ Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.+ Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms.+ Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.+ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms to maintain a positive online reputation.
  • **Company Tasks**
  • + Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams to ensure prompt resolution.+ Submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement and manage in-house maintenance labor.+ Work with 3rd party vendors to manage tertiary market management and build strong relationships.+ Assist with business financials and accounting tasks, including the onboarding of accounting systems.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • **Language Skills**: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI.
  • **Availability**: Availability to work part-time, Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11p CST, with the possibility of additional overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST.
  • **Time Zone**: Must be available and reliable in the CST and Eastern United States time zones.

  • **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or a related field.
  • **Skills**: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
