• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, focusing on enrollment, sales, and client representation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential customers to guide them through the enrollment process and effectively promote Frontier's wireless services to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assisting prospective customers with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently.
• Educating customers on product offerings and benefits to facilitate informed decisions.
• Actively promoting and selling products and services to new and existing customers, achieving monthly sales targets.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers.

• *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• *Position Overview**

• **Work Environment:** This role involves both office-based training and on-site customer interactions at designated field locations. As a Customer Representative, you'll engage face-to-face with potential customers to drive enrollments.
• **Position Type:** Full-Time
• **Pay:** Commission Only - Associates are paid a minimum of $70 per new customer they enroll into a service plan. Each Associate is expected to enroll a minimum of 10 new customers per week.
• **Schedule:** Monday-Saturday, averaging 30-40 hours per week.
• **Compensation:** 100% Commission-Based - Associates earn a minimum of $70 per new customer enrollment. Each associate is expected to enroll at least 10 new customers per week.
• **Clients & Products:** We partner with Frontier Communications, specializing in promoting and enrolling new customers into their wireless service plans.
