- *Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Translate results and provide recommendations to business areas based on findings
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications+ Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript+ Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
